E. Jakarta Mayor Ensures Pulogebang Terminal Ready to Operate

East Jakarta Mayor, Bambang Musyawardhana reviewed the Pulogebang Integrated Terminal on Monday (5/4). Bambang ensured, Jakarta Governor, Basuki T Purnama (Ahok) will officially inaugurate terminal on Wednesday (5/6).

Jakarta Transportation Department had studied and trialed out the terminal three months ago

"Jakarta Transportation Department had studied and trialed out the terminal three months ago. That's why, the lanes along Jalan Komarudin and Jalan Raya Bekasi would be used before the opening of JORR toll road's gate," he stated when he reviewed the Pulogebang Terminal.

He added, the terminal is ready to operate. His department would also conduct monitoring and maintaining traffic flow on such lanes.

Head of Technical Management Unit (UPT) for Pulogebang Integrated Terminal, A Raund Sitanggang said as much as 31 ticket counters are already available. On average, every day, there are 100 fleets that operate in terminal. Post-inauguration, its amount is targeted to reach 500 fleets.

"Terminal is ready to be operated to serve the AKAP Bus. We also had installed signs on strategic lanes," he disclosed.
